This self-sustained township for the defense personnel is located in Western India. The site has proposed offices, clubs, mess, guest houses, transit accommodation for the staff and officers, warehouses, motor shed/workshops for storage of military vehicles and housing for the officers and staff. It has a main axis road with arterial roads leading to the office and different housing units.
The office and other related buildings are clustered together as per their utility and the housing has been segregated in the order of their position. Local stone has been aesthetically used in institutional structures with deep-set windows.
