This is a Type-IV (Special) residential accommodation for senior DRDO scientists. The size of each unit, scale of amenities and general specifications are based on Plinth area norms fixed by General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA).
It’s a fourteen-storeyed residential tower comprising of two blocks. Each block has three 3BHK dwelling units connected with a central service core. Both the towers overlook a large landscaped courtyard in the center. The ground floor has stilt parking along with the utility areas. Each house has an attached servant quarter of a designated size.
