The proposed service apartments shall be a part of the five-star Hotel Yak and Yeti in Kathmandu.
This design provides for various options of the units to the guests. The ground and first floor have one-bedroom apartments with a toilet and kitchenette. The upper third and fourth floors have two-bedroom duplex units overlooking a central landscaped terrace garden on the fourth floor giving a visual break for its occupants.
