The proposed Logistics and Industrial Parks is located at Village Luhari, Pataudi. The development comprises Industrial Warehouse buildings and complete Infrastructure on an approximate site area of 39.2 acres in Phase-I, that shall extend to 88 Acres by the end of Phase-II, and the impact of the same on traffic, plumbing, stormwater drainage, sewerage, fire-fighting, and electrical has been considered in the infrastructure design.
The Site is linear and is the only connection to the future Phase-II. Thus, road network and services infrastructure have to cater to the future demand at this stage itself. A central and unhindered road provides a clean environment with green pedestrian passages on both sides. Segregation of Docking traffic of individual buildings from this main spine that shall form the lifeline for the complex. Each warehouse building is independent of the other with its dedicated approach and vehicle parking.
