Indore Development Corporation proposed a high-rise residential building complex with 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4 BHK units in the super corridor. The site is a corner plot with 40m and 24m wide roads on two sides.


The design concept was to achieve the total FAR and all the requirements with multiple apartment blocks of different heights. The varying scale of the blocks gives a visual relief from the road. The units are designed to maximize daylight and provide good ventilation.


There are proper pedestrian walkways and vehicular movement for circulation within the complex. 1BHK and 2BHK are grouped in the lower towers and 3 BHK and 4BHK are grouped in the high-rise towers to achieve a cost-effective design.


A large green area for community gatherings along with a swimming pool and smaller interactive spaces between the clusters provide a visual break. Provision of stack parking for the vehicles has been planned in a single basement which can be operated manually and is cost-effective as compared to constructing a double basement.
