The site is a long and narrow strip of land that faces the silver beach on the West overlooking the Arabian Sea. The 50-room five-star hotel has facilities for a conference hall, spa, recreation hall, 24 hours coffee shop, a restaurant, and a swimming pool.
The centrally located main hotel lobby segregates the public facilities and the private guest room areas. The restaurants, coffee shop, conference hall, and spa along with the swimming pool overlook the beach and create an experience for the guests of an uninterrupted view of the blue sky and the deep blue of the sea beyond. The guest rooms and intermediate lobbies are clustered around series of small open courts with water bodies to bring the effect of the beach into these areas. An effort has been to bring nature indoors and create informal spaces.
