The site is in the midst of the pristine coffee plantation and thick forests Coorg is famous for. It is heavily contoured with steep terrain leading down to the river at one end. It’s a 30-acre site and the cottages in the resort will be built in three phases. The site is divided into service, public and private residential zones. The main guest entry provides a vantage point between cottages and common facilities. The entire complex shall be connected through a series of pedestrian walkways. An enriching experience of passing through jungle areas and the nature trails along the streams is envisaged. Eco-friendly E-rickshaws and battery-operated golf carts inside the campus will be used. The use of cycles will be encouraged.
All the common amenities including banquet halls, conference hall, restaurants, and swimming pool with an unhindered view of the river below are clubbed together and segregated. The cottages include a mix of Studio units, Studio unit + One bedroom duplex, One bedroom simplex + Two bedroom duplex, and Two bedroom simplex + Two bedroom duplex. The ground floor units have an added advantage of an exclusive garden.
The three phases are segregated from the common facilities by a thick green buffer zone which can be used for adventure activities. Taking advantage of the steep contours the cottages are designed on slopes each with a view of the greenery around. A provision of satellite housekeeping stations across the campus has been designed for quick and personalized responses to the guests. Swimming pools are conveniently located for easy access.
