Tower 1:

Tower 1 is a fourteen-storeyed office space around a central courtyard/atrium with a triangular footprint. The larger semi-circular façade overlooks the open-air hardscape softened and interspersed with landscape. Three service cores in each corner and a glass lift looking into the atrium space allows for easy movement. The internal office spaces created on either side of a central corridor allow ample light to the work areas from the atrium and the external glazed façade of the building. The basement has parking and other utility services. A tunnel connecting the two towers exclusively caters to the MEP services.
